Betz Nursing Home is the only family owned and operated
Nursing Home facility in DeKalb County. For 50 years,
Betz Nursing Home has been caring for citizens from the
surrounding area. With the building of the new facility in
1976, the Betz family renewed their pledge to give personal
care, with a family touch.
With 114 beds available, residents can choose from a many
different accommodations. Semi-Private, Private, Private
Deluxe, Medicare, and Suites are available. All rooms
are provided with bed, private bathroom, electronic
nursing call system and cable, computer and in-room
phone availability.
With skilled and intermediate care available, Betz
Nursing Home strives to provide professional personal
care while keeping the resident’s personal dignity and
comfort as our goal.

Betz Nursing Home is staffed with a complete nursing staff.
Residents enjoy the benefit of dental, podiatry, visioncare,
pharmacy, emergency services, and in-patient/out-patient
services at area health care facilities. We are partnered
with Indiana Physical Therapy, and they have staff on site
everyday. Their staff and ours, is dedicated to improved
patient outcomes. Licensed dieticians, work with our full
time Food Service Supervisor to create nutritional menus
for the residents to enjoy. Our activity director and staff are
dedicated to provide enriching social activities, drawing from
the community and working from within.
All of the comforts of home, with laundry and housekeeping
provided. The on-site beauty and barbershop are here to
keep our guests looking their best. Lounges on every wing
are provided for our residents to use on a daily basis.
