The independent Betz Senior Villas project is unique as a whole in that it is incorporated into the senior care facility campus of the Betz Nursing Home. By the location of the project, it brings to its residents all the features, amenities and services that are available to the residents of the nursing home.    

For example, we have a meal ticket option that is available for our senior living campus as an extension of our dining at Betz Nursing Home. The meal ticket is a 16 meal plan at $4 per meal. An individual may purchase a meal ticket for $64 and then has the option to use the ticket for lunch or dinner at their own discretion. It saves driving and delivers a balanced and nutritional meal for those not wanting or able to cook for themselves.

The nearby community of Auburn offers a variety of services and amenities for its residents, most of which are located within a short distance from the site. These include shopping, healthcare services, and recreational amenities.

Future plans for an assisted living building on the Betz Campus, will round out the continuum of 3 types of Senior Care offered to senior residents of northern Indiana.
